Now called Dissociative Identity Disorder, DID, the book and movie brought this rare psychiatric disorder to the public's awareness. Eve Black and Jane were the alters. The book was co-authored by psychiatrists Hervey Cleckley, a pioneer in sociopathy, and Corbett H. Thigpen. Chris Costner Sizemore’s identity was protected and not revealed until years later when Sizemore and her cousin, wrote I’m Eve.

Eve White saw psychiatrist Curtis Luther because of her bizarre behavior. She denied buying seductive clothing and cavorting in bars. Curtis soon met Eve Black, an alter, different personality. He realized he was dealing with a rare little known psychiatric disorder and began extensive psychotherapy to try to find her lost memories.

Eve White sought psychiatric help because of severe headaches. During the first session, she complained about blackouts following them. During ensuing visits, she talked about several emotional issues. The psychiatrists believed she had marital problems and frustrations, but were puzzled that she had no memory of a recent trip. They used hypnosis for the amnesia. Several days after an appointment, they received a letter from White about her therapy, written in her handwriting, but there was a paragraph that looked like a child’s scrawl. White denied sending it.

During another session, White became distressed and asked if hearing an imaginary voice made her insane. On several occasions, she heard one. Suddenly, she put both hands to her head, then her hands dropped and she had an alien voice and appeared to have different mannerisms. She said her name was Eve Black.

During a series of sessions, extensive material was obtained about both Eve’s behavior and experiences. Although Black would appear unexpectedly, she could only be summoned when White was under hypnosis. After more sessions, the doctors found that hypnosis was no longer needed for summoning Black.

They believed Black had an independent life since White’s early childhood and White wasn’t aware of what was happening. Black told the doctors about childhood incidents when she misbehaved and White was punished for them. Some of these were confirmed by her parents and husband. Black hid her identity from White, her parents and husband. White’s husband, daughter and parents explained her unusual behavior as unaccountable temper fits. Black had little compassion for White and wouldn’t help with therapy.


After eight months of treatment, White appeared to be making progress. Her blackouts stopped and she was functioning well. As therapy progressed, White’s headaches and her blackouts returned. Black denied responsibility and said that she also experienced lack of awareness during blackouts. White’s mental health deteriorated and hospitalization was considered.


During one hypnotic session, White appeared to be deeply relaxed when she opened her eyes and stared around the room. She looked at the doctor and asked who he was in a new voice. Another personality, Jane emerged. She was more responsible than Black and more confident than White. Jane was aware of both Eves’ thoughts and behavior. She was the alter who was most likely to bring a solution to the disorder and her dominance over the other personalities grew. The three personalities were integrated.

Thigpen and Cleckley were convinced that White had multiple personalities. The consensus of mental health professionals is that MPD is a function of an abused child’s attempt to protect the mind.”

One ‘Nazi-then-OSS-then-CIA’ behavior modification program begun in the late 30s and perfected by the 70s involved selecting childhood sexual/physical abuse victims displaying symptoms of D.I.D. and then “programming” them. I have explained the initial scenarios that got the US involved in this still ongoing “crime against humanity” in my Blog years ago (please read about them there). The initial US efforts were directed towards 2 ends: 1) Training Inviolable Information Couriers: and 2) Creating Assassins With No Memory Of Training Or Assignments. After ancillary purposing was discovered during the 50s and 60s, new techniques developed new dissociative frameworks for programming, but the basics are the same.


“Alters” (alternate personalities) were defined by their functionality, and originally almost naturally fell into 5 (now more) categories:



Alphas – Ego/Superego/Executive Function Control Personalities, dominant and conscious, but usually unable to be conscious if there is another Alpha in control.



Betas – Egos as sub-dominant, subordinate personalities with special psychological profiles and functions, often non-programmed, arising as defense mechanisms against abuse, non-conscious unless ‘in-play’ but usually aware of the behaviors of any Alphas in control.



Thetas – specific task oriented, often not whole personalities but ‘augments’ to Alphas, Betas & Gammas, with special exceptions.



Gammas – trained assassins, ‘wetwork’ specialists, covert ops experts, often with foreign language only dominant personalities, totally buried until evoked. Programmed erasable.



Epsilons – programmed psychic abilities as personality matrices with specialist/adept's talents, ALWAYS unknown to the subject, never consciously accessed except in cases of NDE (Near Death Experiences). Can be used to summon pending “walk-ins” in case of catastrophic personality failure/brain death. [Unknown to mundane CIA research, only used in “Black-Leaf” (Covert Overleaves) Essence, Entity, Cadre &/ or Ring Operations]

The Many-Worlds Interpretation of quantum mechanics was born out of such metaphysical wonderings in 1957 by Hugh Everett III, in his Princeton Ph.D. thesis. A shorter paper, “Relative State” Formulation of Quantum Mechanics followed later in the year, and introduced the broader physics community to the ideas of a new

“metatheory” (as Everett himself described it) to the “theory” of quantum mechanics. One which posited quantum mechanics, without all that silliness of wavefunction collapse, by providing a new structure which eschewed the Copenhagen Interpretation’s idea of an “external observer.”


Everett’s Relative State formulation was recharacterized as the “Many Worlds Interpretation” by Bryce DeWitt in the 1960s. It serves as an Everett metatheory to the theory of nonrelativistic quantum mechanics in that “it is an underlying theory in which the nature and consistency, as well as the realm of applicability, of the older theory can be investigated and clarified.” [1] The Many-Worlds Interpretation attacks the most fundamental of problems of quantum mechanics: rectifying many of the apparent paradoxes that the Copenhagen formulation of quantum mechanics admits.”

Police made 853,838 arrests in 2010 for marijuana-related offenses, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s annual Uniform Crime Report, released today. The arrest total is among the highest ever reported by the agency and is nearly identical to the total number of cannabis-related arrests reported in 2009. According to the report, marijuana arrests now comprise more than one-half (52 percent) of all drug arrests in the United States. An estimated 46 percent of all drug arrests are for ... marijuana possession.
“Today, as in past years, the so-called ‘drug war’ remains fueled by the arrests of minor marijuana possession offenders, a disproportionate percentage of whom are ethnic minorities,” NORML Deputy Director Paul Armentano said... “It makes no sense to continue to waste law enforcements’ time and taxpayers’ dollars to arrest and prosecute Americans for their use of a substance that poses far fewer health risks than alcohol or tobacco.”
Of those charged with marijuana law violations, 750,591 (88 percent) were arrested for marijuana offenses involving possession only.... Overall, law enforcement agents nationwide arrested 1,638,846 people last year for drug abuse violations, surpassing arrests for all other crimes. Since 2000, law enforcement have reported making an estimated 7.9 million arrests for marijuana violations.

A friend said: "I read a Huffington Post article recently saying that local law authorities are given monetary incentives to "fight the war on drugs" . Profits are made through Federal Government grants and property seizures. No incentives are awarded for the prosecution of assault, battery, robbery, etc etc. Which begs the question, can we create viruses that attack memes? John Thrasher: I'm doing just that, on quite a few levels, my friend. It feels like C1/E1 leftover dharma engineering that still rankles those of us still plugging ever onwards. Specifically with regard to your query. Neuro-Linguistic Programming provides a theoretical framework for vetting the viability of your assertion, and a blueprint for how, possibly such virii might be engineered and implemented. The 'phages' would probably have to be 'soundbytes', catchy slogans and or short phrases designed to slide past the filters of preconceptions and embed themselves in the subconscious without triggering any culturally conditioned defenses. One I used recently was: "50,000 people a year die of alcohol poisoning (overdoses)! No one has ever died from a marijuana overdose." The cost/benefit analysis is useful, too: "Cut the Deficit in half: Stop arresting/jailing folk for having/smoking a joint." The backlash will be from the entrenched "Drug Enforcement Industry". The number of jobs on the line is enormous. Whole City Police Depts. are funded on the income from just their Drug Enforcement Depts.

John Thrasher: The beauty of having been trained as a "Man Who Stares At Goats" is that, without ever breaking any laws or coming under any suspicion as a 'threat' on the Physical Plane, I can use the Psychic Skills I was taught during my 10 year stint with MKUltra to 'persuade' DEA Officials that their best interests lie in finding employment elsewhere. This would be pure 'poetic justice'. Maybe we can have public rituals against Prohibitionists, kinda' like Marion Zimmer Bradley and her Feminist Wiccan Covens used to curse rapists on a regular basis at their meetings. The CIA And Nazi War Criminals (Nat. Sec. Archives)

From the National Security Archives: http://www.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB146/index.htm (working links to documents listed are to be found at the above site) Washington D.C., February 4, 2005 - Today the National Security Archive posted the CIA's secret documentary history of the U.S government's relationship with General Reinhard Gehlen, the German army's intelligence chief for the Eastern Front during World War II. At the end of the war, Gehlen established a close relationship with the U.S. and successfully maintained his intelligence network (it ultimately became the West German BND) even though he employed numerous former Nazis and known war criminals. The use of Gehlen's group, according to the CIA history, Forging an Intelligence Partnership: CIA and the Origins of the BND, 1945-49, was a "double edged sword" that "boosted the Warsaw Pact's propaganda efforts" and "suffered devastating penetrations by the KGB." [See Volume 1: Introduction, p. xxix] The declassified "SECRET RelGER" two-volume history was compiled by CIA historian Kevin Ruffner and presented in 1999 by CIA Deputy Director for Operations Jack Downing to the German intelligence service (Bundesnachrichtendienst) in remembrance of "the new and close ties" formed during post-war Germany to mark the fiftieth year of CIA-West German cooperation. This history was declassified in 2002 as a result of the work of The Nazi War Crimes and Japanese Imperial Government Records Interagency Working Group (IWG) and contains 97 key documents from various agencies. This posting comes in the wake of public grievances lodged by members of the IWG that the CIA has not fully complied with the mandate of the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act and is continuing to withhold hundreds of thousands of pages of documentation related to their work. (Note 1) In interviews with the New York Times, three public members of the IWG said: "I think that the CIA has defied the law, and in so doing has also trivialized the Holocaust, thumbed its nose at the survivors of the Holocaust and also at the Americans who gave their lives in the effort to defeat the Nazis in World War II." - Former congresswoman Elizabeth Holtzman "I can only say that the posture the CIA has taken differs from all the other agencies that have been involved, and that's not a position we can accept." - Washington lawyer Richard Ben-Veniste "Too much has been secret for too long. The CIA has not complied with the statute." - Former federal prosecutor Thomas H. Baer The IWG was established in January 11, 1999 and has overseen the declassification of about eight million pages of documents from multiple government agencies. Its mandate expires at the end of March 2005. The documentation unearthed by the IWG reveals extensive relationships between former Nazi war criminals and American intelligence organizations, including the CIA. For example, current records show that at least five associates of the notorious Nazi Adolf Eichmann worked for the CIA, 23 other Nazis were approached by the CIA for recruitment, and at least 100 officers within the Gehlen organization were former SD or Gestapo officers. (Note 2) The IWG enlisted the help of key academic scholars to consult during the declassification process, and these historians released their own interpretation of the declassified material last May (2004) in a publication called US Intelligence and the Nazis. The introduction to this book emphasizes the dilemma of using former Nazis as assets: "The notion that they [CIA, Army Counterintelligence Corp, Gehlen organization] employed only a few bad apples will not stand up to the new documentation. Some American intelligence officials could not or did not want to see how many German intelligence officials, SS officers, police, or non-German collaborators with the Nazis were compromised or incriminated by their past service… Hindsight allows us to see that American use of actual or alleged war criminals was a blunder in several respects…there was no compelling reason to begin the postwar era with the assistance of some of those associated with the worst crimes of the war. Lack of sufficient attention to history-and, on a personal level, to character and morality-established a bad precedent, especially for new intelligence agencies. It also brought into intelligence organizations men and women previously incapable of distinguishing between their political/ideological beliefs and reality. As a result, such individuals could not and did not deliver good intelligence. Finally, because their new, professed 'democratic convictions' were at best insecure and their pasts could be used against them (some could be blackmailed), these recruits represented a potential security problem." (Note 3) The Gehlen organization profiled in the newly posted CIA history represents one of the most telling examples of these pitfalls. Timothy Naftali, a University of Virginia professor and consulting historian to the IWG who focused heavily on the declassified CIA material, highlighted the problems posed by our relationship with Gehlen: "Reinhard Gehlen was able to use U.S. funds to create a large intelligence bureaucracy that not only undermined the Western critique of the Soviet Union by protecting and promoting war criminals but also was arguably the least effective and secure in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. As many in U.S. intelligence in the late 1940s had feared would happen, the Gehlen Organization proved to be the back door by which the Soviets penetrated the Western alliance." (Note 4) The documents annexed in the CIA history posted today by the Archive echo the observations of Professor Naftali. While placing much of the blame on the Army Counterintelligence Corps' initial approach to Gehlen, this history emphasizes the CIA's own reluctance to adopt responsibility for Gehlen's organization, yet the documents show the CIA ultimately embracing Gehlen. Some of the highlights from this secret CIA documentary history include: A May 1, 1952 report detailing how Gehlen and his network were initially approached by U.S. army intelligence. (Document 6) Two evaluations of the Gehlen operation from October 16 and 17, 1946, advising against the transfer of Gehlen's organization to CIG hands and questioning the value of the operation as a whole. (Documents 21 and 22) A March 19, 1948 memorandum from Richard Helms, noting Army pressure for the CIA to assume sponsorship of the Gehlen organization, and continued concern over the security problems inherent in the operation. (Document 59) A December 17, 1948 report outlining the problems with the Gehlen organization, but ultimately recommending CIA assumption of the project. (Document 72) In answer to the question "Can we learn from history?", the IWG's consulting historians noted "The real question is not whether we will make use of our past to deal with the present, but rather how well we will do so. To do it well, we need these documents." (Note 5) "This secret CIA history is full of documents we never would have seen under the Freedom of Information Act, because Congress in 1984 gave the CIA an exemption for its 'operational' files, on the grounds that such files were too sensitive ever to be released," commented Thomas Blanton, director of the National Security Archive. "The Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act has proven this assumption false. Release of these files has done no damage to national security, has provided information of enormous public interest and historical importance, and however belatedly, has brought a measure of accountability to government operations at variance with mainstream American values." "Monad" - Gnostic Definiton, & A Short Treatise On "3rd. The Gnostic Meaning Of "Monad" "The term monad comes from the Greek feminine noun monas (nominative singular, μονάς), "one unit," where the ending -s in the nominative form resolves to the ending -d in declension.[1] In some gnostic systems the Supreme Being is known as the Monad, the One, The Absolute Aiōn teleos (The Perfect Æon, αἰών τέλεος), Bythos (Depth or Profundity, Βυθός), Proarchē (Before the Beginning, προαρχή), and Hē Archē (The Beginning, ἡ ἀρχή) and The ineffable parent. The One is the high source of the pleroma, the region of light. The various emanations of The One are called æons. According to Theodoret's book on heresies (Haereticarum Fabularum Compendium i.18) the Arab Christian Monoimus (150-210) used the term Monad to mean the highest god which created lesser gods, or elements (similar to æons). In some versions of Christian gnosticism, especially those deriving from Valentinius, a lesser deity known as the Demiurge had a role in the creation of the material world in addition to the role of the Monad. In these forms of gnosticism, the God of the Old Testament is often considered to have been the Demiurge, not the Monad, or sometimes different passages are interpreted as referring to each. The whole 3rd Monad/MT explication of the vagaries of moving from pubescence to maturation is what Psychologists and Critical Theorists have described with equal authority (and quite a bit more data) for almost a century as "Parentalization" or, in Family Theory, the inability to divest oneself, upon maturation, of the conflict left unresolved between a child and one or both of its role models. 'Parentalization' is seen by most Marxist/Fruedian Social Critics as the logical extension of Judeo-Christianic culture's conditioned passive/aggressive anti-human influence, for the purposes of rendering most members of Western culture DEPENDENT upon "Authority" figures for direction, governance and motivation, which, both Marcuse and Norman Brown concluded, causes modern man to suffer through the debilitating condition defined as "repressive de-sublimation" where the acquisition of material goods is the channel for the repressed sexuality demanded by Judeo-Christianic dogma. So, rather than the existence of adults who resist and seek conflict with authority being seen as exhibiting some FAILURE on their parts as evolving beings (or so TLE dogma would assert) rather, Critical Theory sees this behavior as an EFFECT wrought of 4,000 years of CAUSE: attempts by Theocrats to structure human responses to suit the narrow needs of the Theocracy, rather than the needs of the human organism itself, and the conflict with authority thus is the simple reassertion of the healthy primal drive for freedom from oppression that marks the developement of species Homo Sapiens Sapiens since those of us in Cadre 1, almost 250,000,000 years ago, banded together after the Luciferian Rebellion, to protect and nurture independence, GENETICALLY, down all the long thankless millenia. Firstly, what I personally can remember this lifetime ebbs and flows, as more or less of my and my approximately 300 most contiguous analogs-selves collectively quantum-entangled computational capacity is taken up by exingencies of branching events on other timelines, hence my 2-3 week periodicity and flurry of sleepless Episodic Unipolar Mania that allows me to: 1) NOT SLIDE TO ANOTHER ANALOG IN MY SLEEP ! and 2) provides me with the time, and stabiity of cognitive assonance one consciousness inhabiting the "hub" of a human quantum computer that spans 300, lends to the ability to wield an Executive Function in the process of 'cutting and pasting' links and paragraphs of recollection and bytes of forgtten lore that have percolated to the surface of the 'collective-brain' over the several weekworking hiatus and then download them to this corporeal manifestation, which, for as long as I don't 'drift', then becomes the central emanation from which all other analogs in this 300 brain brain are 'shadows', a la the Roger Zelazny 12 Volume Opus on alternate reality matrix mechanics and engineering: "Nine Princes In Amber" (all Sci-Fi fans bow their heads in tribute to this Channel of Channels, may he Rest In Intriguing Peace). But, I digress. Basically, It's like this: after the Luciferian Rebellion there was a 'rift' not just in Entity 1, but thoughout the entirety of Cadre 1 (although the rift really didn't seem to extend out into the Ring, because we had enough fragments who rebelled with the Administration of Satania - our world and 27 others, for whom Lucifer was the System Administrator, that were galactically closest to each other out on this spiral arm of the Milky Way). The Vajrayana

"The Vajrayana Vajrayana comprises the outer and the inner tantras. Tantra may sometimes be talked of as if only texts containing tantric teaching but in fact tantra means ‘continuation’ and this alludes to the fact that although all phenomena are essentially void they still continue to manifest. Tantra takes the realisation of the emptiness of all phenomena (which is the fruit of sutra) as its base or starting point. From this view instead of relative existence being something to be avoided at all costs, through the passions shunned by sutra it actually provides the energy required for progress towards realisation. All the tantras whether inner or outer employ visualisation as the principal skilful means, or to be more precise, envisionment. The outer tantras commence at the level of external conduct to purify thought and action in preparation to receive wisdom. Kryatantra and Upatantra are both referred to as the Path of Purification. Yogatantra and the three inner tantras are the Path of Transformation. The inner tantras also start from the realisation of the emptiness or voidness of all phenomena but mainly use inner yoga, working on the tsa lung system of the practitioner’s body to transform his/her whole dimension into the dimension of the realised being visualised in the practice. So tantra is based on pure vision and is also motivated by the aspiration to free all sentient beings and oneself from delusion as quickly as possible but through ‘skilful means’: Relative truth becomes the path by regarding phenomena as the limitless display of primal wisdom. This is progressively more directly experienced within each of the six classes of Vajrayana vehicles. The Hinayana and Mahayana are known as ‘causal vehicles’ as one is accumulating merit and wisdom, which will reap their fruit in Enlightenment and therefore working at a "causal" level. The Vajrayana is described as the ‘resultant vehicle’ as through skilful means it starts from the premise of realisation. In the causal vehicles one recognises the nature of mind as the cause of Buddhahood; in the resultant vehicle one regards the nature of mind as Buddhahood itself. Mahayana recognises Buddha nature as being potential in every being Vajrayana considers Buddhanature to be fully present as wisdom or pristine awareness, the fundamental nature of Mind. One therefore ‘only’ has to reveal or realise it! Empowerment from an authentic qualified teacher is essential for all Vajrayana practice. The Buddha taught these methods in a manifestation body as well as by other sambhogakaya manifestations. Transmission of tantra is originally received through the manifestation of the sambhogakaya appearing to a master who has sufficient clarity to perceive that dimension and the method of practice in tantra is also that of manifestation. Once again folks, I just want to inform all mayhap taken aback by my histrionics. About 2 dozen of my Blog posts have vanished from my Blog. I will attempt to re-publish them here, now that I have the time. Of course, they very well may vanish again. To the best of my ability to figure, I took my 'minders' by surprise, before they could apply their techniques of redirection, and for one day a true count of my readership got past the censorship of the 'powers-that-be'. All efforts predicated upon "Lust of Result" are suspect." Any endeavor based upon monetary or any other reward is, by definition thereby, of less inherent "trustworthiness" than any endeavor produced from purely non-goal definitive orientation. Those who spoke the Oracles of ancient Greece are primary examples of this tradition. Shamans throughout the ages have invoked, embodied and become one with spiritual helpers for the purpose of sharing healing and spiritual knowledge. For over 800 years a state supported oracle has been part of the spiritual tradition of Tibet. There are meditation practices in various spiritual traditions that are designed to awaken inner wisdom. Buddhism and Sufism have meditation practices that are structured to similarly invoke the presence of a spiritual master with whom one can then merge, awakening this presence within. Guru Yoga is an example of this practice. As far as I'm concerned, personally, "Professional Channels" are the least trustworthy, lowest on the "totem pole" expression of the Oracular Arts in practice today. Most especially those who utilize only one form of oracular expression. The Ophic visionaries always believed in there being THREE legs to any oracle's "stool" (remembering the Delphic Oracle, and their traditional support above the chasm at Delphi). Personally, I use: The I Ching, The Tarot, and Transit Astrology as my three, "legs", and any "channel" utilizing only one source for their pronouncements, would have been called, Classically: "Cassandras", a term designating those who did not take the time, nor expend the effort, to verify and validate their own channeling with critical self-critiques using "divinitory parallax" to assure their followers of the veracity of their opinions. Most Michael Channels, in their apparent 20th Century hubris, have forgotten that the history of "channeling" far outstrips their vague and amateurish attempts to aspire to some inclusion in the proud and quite well documented 8,000 year history and fraternity of the "channeling arts". So sad. I am just unable to anymore coddle a "channeling" community and group of adherents who are so unaware of the thousands of years of traditions, checks and balances and self-regulating practices that guaranteed, at least before the proliferation of Michael "Channels", the continuity of tradition and adherence to precedent, that 8,000 years of History had always before insured an internal policing of the pronouncements of "mediums" , or at least those claiming to be such. If I gave you cause to doubt my respect for your constant "Good Work", chalk it up to my pugnacious and accusatory bombast, which is propelling this, my latest attempt at rectifying some grave errors in MT dogma the Michael Entity has requested I attempt to address: "They do not create karma with students by giving misleading or false information. My dear Friends, I really wasn't am not being flippant talking 'bout the "Great Recession", I'll try to explain: I've thought about and studied this subject for 40 years, and the "truth" as I see it, must delineate 'causes" from 'effects', and you can't do that with a 'sound-bite'). Few today seem aware that monetary policy, ultimately, is primarily a mechanism for control of the masses by the wealthy (plutocrats) IMNSHO (as I was first informed in "The Art Of War", by Lao Tzu).

Adam Smith, also, came to believe that the gluttony of the rich was a form of "unproductive labour" as do I, but he could not free himself from the philosophical constructs and beliefs of his milieau to make the requisite ratiocinative leap of faith and probability vector calculus summation to conclude that this self-defeating flaw in fact would quite logically then imply that capitalism per se would lead to ubiquitous oppression of the poor by the wealthy (read: exploitation of the proletariat by the 'ruling class' - or read some Dickens or Upton Sinclair).

Yet, such is the case today, I humbly avow, for I believe that capitalism has subsumed and thereby actually annulled the basic precepts of democracy, and defeated that noble ideal at least for the present in this republic. Alexander Hamilton and his 'royalists' made sure of that, the prescience of Paine, Jefferson, Madison and Morris notwithstanding.

I just see this as no more that the reality of the inequitable, anti-egalitarian and insufficiently rational nature of capitalism finally becoming apparent to all, based in fact on the vanishing prospects of future generations to live in an economy as opulent and resource wasteful as modern day America. I have been an Anarcho-Syndicalist since the '60s when I first read Lao Tzu, Thomas Paine, Norman O. Brown and Marshall McLuhan, thus I knew of the probable gradual decline and inevitable collapse of a system based upon a fundamental error: 'development' as an rationale for acquisition and investment of capital eventually fails when there are no more goods of "real" value to be produced (based on something like, oh say, Maslow's "Hierarchy of Needs") and/or there ceases to be nothing from which anything can be produced. So it has to end sometime, right? This is a well foreseen (if one was paying attention to cutting edge social theorists during the 20th. Century) and evolutionary cultural denoument.

Capitalism is a social and cultural construct, no more. It was not "Divinely" inspired - read Adam Smith's biographers - the dude spent much of his waking life in jocular and animated audible conversations with beings that were not visible to anyone else, and as a Deist never once asserted that his inner voices were divine. Such is the legacy of the social theorist (along with John Locke) who most impressed our Founding Fathers, upon whom in turn much of the mores and folkways, the "gloss". if you will, of our society's interstitial structure depends.

The Founding Fathers did the best with what they knew then, no doubt. WE NOW KNOW MUCH MORE !

We have the right to modify this revered, but perhaps obsolete, or rendered less than ideally efficacious, social structure (capitalism) at will if we as a free people so choose, no matter what a skulk of greedmongers, outnumbered 99 to 1 may say. And that is what they fear, and for what will bend any rule, break any law, buy any judge or politician, rewrite any History book. Look at what happened to Allende in Chile, for example, or the US invasion of Costa Rica because the price of bananas went up a dime for the popular benefit of its citizens. This stuff still goes on, and it is so sad because the wealthy are trying to combat Entropy itself, and they honestly can never win. If a preponderance of the evidence can be agreed upon by a majority of the voting populace, having thus ascertained our new assertions may provide us with clues to what might modify or amend it to achieve a greater good for a greater number, where's the beef, eh? "They got the guns, but we got the numbers." as Jim Morrison said.

Given the current ossification of political chutzpah and judicious ability to question the 'dogma' of attitudes relevant to the Deists, Masons and tipplers (and make no mistake - almost to a man, the Founding Father's "original intents" were well steeped in rum on a daily basis) who crafted our Constitution, though, I despair at there being a 'populist' solution to this slow decay of "Truth, Justice & The American Way".

Nevertheless, economies CANNOT expand forever (unless there really are extra-terrestrials somewhere to whom we can attempt to market our old atom bombs and iPods) because at some point there will be no-where and no-thing left in/to which to expand (unless we colonize space, and seed colonies on habitable planets 'out there', but the vast distances involved, combined with the limitations of light speed on travel, will make commerce irrelevant except in singular cases).

The current diminution of standard of living was, and is, as I say, inevitable, given the finite nature of the biosphere, and the expansion of human population (read: consumers) which will eventually reach an economic "point of diminishing returns" where 'money' will no longer be able to "grow" in "value", because (as you and the 'Paul's', Ron & Rand so rightly assert, Denise) it is not based upon the "value" of anything concrete, only the productivity (GDP) of the issuant nation-states or corporate hegemonies, which will decline as room to grow, and natural resources dissappear.

But never fear, the 'captains of industry' will devise various and sundry means whereby the populations of "have-nots" will be guaranteed JUST enough of a standard of living as to preclude gross revolution. "Bread and circuses" and "a chicken in every pot" will mollify most into passive acceptance of their diminishing lot, and eventually even the most strident of the "free-trade" crowd will be forced to concede that everyone has enough 'widgets' and 'gizmos' (when the material of which these consumer products are made becomes more valuable than the manufactured items themselves as predicted by Mcluhan).

I see no huge world-wide economic collapse looming, because the powers that be will find it in their best interests to continue to delude man'un'kind into complacency by manipulating currency standards to prop up this ultimately senseless insistence on 'economic growth'. Or perhaps some plague of global proportions will be engineered to only wipe out those least able, or least favored, to afford consumer products (uh - er - hmmmm - that may have already happened ).

Then, perhaps 200 years hence, barring some breakthough in theoretical physics before then, and only then, will things settle into a scant semblance of economic equilibrium, based upon some notion other then the illogic of: "Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the Earth." (see "Life Against Death",by Brown) when even a fool such as I can see we're faced with obviously finite room, and resources.

It's kinda' like what another whacko such as I once said to me long ago when I mused then (during the anxiety of the Energy Crisis of the '70s) upon much the same issue/argument as you have raised here, Denise, my esteemed 'sister':

Just as here there were posts subsequent that referred to them, and they were gone, and links to them that led to no longer existant html addresses.

So even when I post a new Blogspot post, I immediately take the URL and cut then paste it into Facebook, Google+ etc. I then get a Thumbnail, with posting time, AND time and date and title of Blogspot post as part of URL. I can still show you the Facebook timeline, complete with 3 days of recorded Blogspot posts that DO NOT EXIST ANYMORE ON BLOGGER - DELETED FROM BLOGSPOT IN MY ABSENCE. THESE WERE THE SAME POSTS THAT DISSAPEARED FROM THE MTSC SITE, WORD FOR WORD, LEAVING SUBSEQUENT POST THAT REFERRED TO THEM INDENTED, UNDERNEATH NOTHING - ASK TERRI, SHE SAW IT AND COMMENTED ABOUT WHEN I DID. Detoxifying yourself is a way for you to begin to clear out much of the unwanted information that, being conscious information, enjoys using you because of your ability, as a Sage, to put together these stories. What you will not like is the confinement that the detoxification process will give you. Being in Growth you need to slide to Re-evaluation for a while and get recentered. One thing the angels are up to is clearing the way for the energy transformation that will begin around September (more fully, it has been going on since 1988). You are being called into re-evaluation at this time to brace yourself for the upcoming roller-coaster ride which will begin for you in November. You are going to question your reality and wonder about whether or not you can pull away all the films that seem to be covering the layers of reality beneath this one. You need to get the old junk out of your life and your recent divorce after many years of marriage, and your ongoing detoxification are really just drastic measures for your transformation to begin. This is a year for clearing away old junk anyway, good timing. Sages love fun more than any other role. Fun is not your downfall, but your way. You have been taught that it is not a worthy condition. Throw that away. Fun brings people to the Buddha**, when they are centered. Your way is worthy. The paradox is that fun is nt necessarily an easy way. We hope we have been able to encourage you. Pay attention to the way you feel. Use time to explore chronic pain in a neutral, non-attached way.
